Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution.
• Full or Restricted AHPC registration with a valid practicing license.
• Clinical experience of 1–3 years, preferably with geriatric or neuro cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement rehabilitative exercise programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Support neuro-related and geriatric clients through specialized exercise interventions.
• Conduct home-based physical therapy sessions to extend care beyond clinical settings.
• Provide clinical advice and protocols for managing clients with chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate with exercise specialists to execute comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain accurate client databases and records to support evidence-based programming.
• Document detailed case notes to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Collect and analyse outcome measure data to review program effectiveness.
