Job summary

Pacific Medical Recruitment & Consultancy seeks a Locum Physiotherapist for a 6-month home therapy assignment in Singapore. The role involves reviewing and assessing patients, developing care plans, and coordinating home visits with the Home Care Team.

Requirements include a Bachelor or Master in Physiotherapy and full AHPC registration in Singapore. Expect competitive hourly remuneration plus access to CPE events conducted by Pacific Rehab Group.

Qualifications

• Must be Fully Registered AHPC (Singapore).
• Prior home-therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess patients.
• Develop individual care plans and implement treatments.
• Perform basic administration related to patient care (ICP, memo, etc.).
• Coordinate patient-care with Home Care Team (appointments and frequency).
• Document services in EMR (IngoT), including logs, progress reports, vital signs, and assessments.
• Send back documents after each visit.

Job description

We are actively hiring for a client in a Home Therapy setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role.

Job Code: SHTN30/10/PT

Locum Physiotherapist - 6 months contract

• Review and assess patients
• Development of individual care plan and treatment implementation
• Basic administration duties related to patient-care such as ICP, Memo etc.
• Working with Home Care Team to coordinate patient-care (appointment timing, frequency, etc.)
• Proper documentation after each service in the EMR (IngoT), e.g. Contact log with client/NOK’s signature, progress report, vital signs, and other clinical assessments: MBI, TUG, PT initial assessment and re-assessment, Fall risk assessment, etc
• Send back documents after each visit

Project Schedule

• At least 3 full days per week, 8 hours per visit
• This assignment covers caseloads across the North, Northeast, and East regions. If home visits are not required on a given day, therapist will be deployed to the community hospital located in the Northeast region
• Projected Commencement: from December 2026 onwards
