Our client is a well‑established and reputable eldercare provider in Singapore, operating multiple residential nursing and rehabilitation centres islandwide. The organisation is known for its strong clinical governance, resident‑centric care philosophy, and commitment to investing in its healthcare professionals through structured support and career development.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ mobility, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs
Design and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans to enhance strength, balance, endurance, and overall quality of life
Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, tracking progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and care teams to ensure holistic resident care
Educate caregivers and care staff on safe transfer techniques, mobility assistance, and prescribed exercise programmes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional and organisational standards
Support day‑to‑day operations of the rehabilitation department and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
1–3 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within geriatric, rehabilitation, or community care settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with seniors
Team‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Work Locations: Multiple sites available (West / East / North / Central)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (office hours)
Remuneration: Up to $6,500, commensurate with experience
