Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to conduct home-based physical therapy sessions and oversee rehabilitative programmes. The ideal candidate will hold a valid license from the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council and possess a degree or diploma from a recognized institution. Applicants should ideally have 2-3 years of clinical experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience working with geriatric and neuro cases. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to improving client wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practising License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
• Preferably 2 to 3 years clinical experience.
• Willingness to learn.

Job description

Job Overview

• Conduct home based physical therapy sessions;
• Oversee and monitor rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients;
• Develop and implement appropriate programs to improve the overall wellbeing of the client;
• To be able to support neuro related cases and geriatric type clients;
• Provide advice and protocols in conducting rehabilitative exercise programmes;
• Provide clinical advice on handling of clients with chronic illnesses;
• Work with Exercise Specialist to execute programmes;
• Maintain database/records of all clients to provide evidence-based exercise programme with accurate and appropriate documentation;
• Ensure proper case notes for all clients;
• Collate data from outcome measures and provide review and analysis of data;
• Any other duty as assigned by Director of the team or Lead Physiotherapist.

Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

Requirements
