• Obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practicing License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
• Preferably 2 or 3 years clinical experience.
• Able to work independently and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases.
• Experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Our client is expanding their team. They are looking for a registered Physiotherapist to conduct home based physical therapy sessions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home based physical therapy sessions;
• Oversee and monitor rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients;
• Develop and implement appropriate programmes to improve the overall wellbeing of the client;
• Support neuro related cases and geriatric type clients;
• Provide advice and protocols in conducting rehabilitative exercise programmes;
• Provide clinical advice on handling clients with chronic illnesses;
• Work with Exercise Specialist to execute programmes;
• Maintain database/records of all clients to provide evidence‑based exercise programme with accurate and appropriate documentation;
• Ensure proper case notes for all clients;
• Collate data from outcome measures and provide review and analysis of data;
• Any other duty as assigned by Director of the team or Lead Physiotherapist.

Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday. Travel expense is covered.

Requirements
