Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Physiotherapist to cover islandwide locations in Singapore. You will conduct patient assessments, establish goals, and formulate individualized rehabilitation plans, combining manual therapy, exercises, and education to support recovery.

You will collaborate with Chiropractors, TCM Physicians, and Wellness Therapists, maintain clinical documentation, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Min. 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development in rehabilitation and physiotherapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, physical function, posture, movement patterns, strength, and overall mobility.
• Establish patient goals and formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and rehabilitation objectives.
• Assess and correct posture, movement mechanics, and exercise techniques to support recovery and prevent further injury.
• Deliver physiotherapy treatments such as rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans where necessary to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, ergonomics, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress records.
• Collaborate closely with Chiropractors, TCM Physicians, and Wellness Therapists to provide integrated patient care.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and patient-focused service while ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and support the clinic's growth and culture.
