Job summary

A multinational technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for laser modules. The role involves providing technical support to production teams, ensuring quality compliance, and driving process improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and 3-5 years of experience in Photonics or related fields, along with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Photonics or related manufacturing.
  • Technical expertise in Manufacturing, Assembly & Test Processes.
  • Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for laser modules.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting production issues.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO standards throughout processes.
  • Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for process improvement.
  • Interface with engineering for manufacturability reviews.
  • Collect and analyze process data for improvement opportunities.
