Job summary

Highest Kite Group in Singapore is seeking a photographer/videographer to capture weddings, pre-wedding sessions, and related productions, aligning with our visual standards and storytelling approach.

You will handle client interactions, assist with creative development, manage equipment, and ensure smooth project delivery from shoot to delivery, while maintaining professional conduct and team collaboration. Prior wedding experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficient in wedding photography and videography.
• Ability to adapt to lighting, venues, and timelines.
• Strong communication with clients and vendors.
• Experience with post-production workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and/or film weddings, pre-wedding sessions, engagements, and other productions.
• Capture moments creatively while maintaining technical excellence.
• Adapt to lighting conditions, venues, weather, and timelines.
• Ensure all important events and moments are adequately documented.
• Follow shot lists and creative direction where applicable.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s visual style and storytelling.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
• Communicate clearly with couples, family, guests, and vendors.
• Help clients feel comfortable and confident during shoots.
• Assist with posing, directing, and creating natural interactions.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
• Back up and organize files, follow naming conventions and SOPs.
• Cull and edit photos as needed; participate in training and creative reviews.
• Attend scheduled office days, meetings, and training; support marketing initiatives.

Beyond shooting, you are expected to contribute to the overall client experience, maintain professional conduct, assist with creative development, and support operational processes that ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography Coverage

• Photograph and/or film weddings, pre-wedding sessions, engagements, and other assigned productions.
• Capture moments creatively while maintaining technical excellence.
• Adapt to different lighting conditions, venues, weather, and timelines.
• Ensure all important events and moments are adequately documented.
• Follow assigned shot lists and creative direction where applicable.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s visual style and storytelling approach.

Client Experience

• Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with couples, family members, guests, and vendors.
• Help clients feel comfortable and confident during shoots.
• Assist with posing, directing, and creating natural interactions when required.
• Maintain a calm and solutions-oriented attitude during stressful situations.

Equipment Management

• Maintain assigned photography and videography equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is functional before assignments.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
• Ensure sufficient batteries, storage cards, and backup equipment are prepared prior to shoots.
• Follow equipment storage and handling procedures.

File Management & Delivery

• Back up all photographs and footage according to company SOPs.
• Upload files within stipulated deadlines.
• Ensure footage and photographs are organised correctly.
• Verify file integrity before submission.
• Follow company naming conventions and storage procedures.

Editing

• Cull photographs according to company standards.
• Perform photo editing when required.

Creative Development

• Participate in training, workshops, and creative reviews.
• Contribute ideas for improving shooting techniques and workflows.
• Stay updated with industry trends, equipment, and storytelling methods.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives where required.

Operational Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled office days, meetings, and training sessions.
• Complete administrative tasks related to assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate project updates and communication records.
• Follow all company SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
• Support teammates when operational needs arise.

• Team members are expected to actively support the growth and reputation of the company.
