Job summary

NEW LIFE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative multimedia specialist to plan and produce visual content across campaigns. You will script, storyboard, shoot, edit and publish photos and videos for events, products and social media, while coordinating with Marketing and Sales to drive campaigns and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong eye for storytelling across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, graphic design, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro; experience with other video editing, graphic design or digital content creation software is an advantage.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, graphic design, content creation and digital marketing, with basic knowledge of livestream production, social media platforms and online marketing.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently, with good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop creative concepts, visual content and production ideas based on the company's branding, products and marketing objectives.
• Prepare video scripts, storyboards and shooting plans, and coordinate the overall content production process.
• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage for company events, products, projects, promotional campaigns and social media content.
• Operate and manage cameras, lighting, microphones and other photography and video equipment to ensure quality visual and audio output.
• Assist with livestream production and backstage operations, including setting up and monitoring cameras, audio, lighting, visual content and other technical equipment to ensure smooth livestream sessions.
• Edit and enhance photographs through retouching, colour correction, image enhancement and other post-production techniques.
• Edit and produce engaging videos, including short-form videos, Reels, promotional videos and other digital content, incorporating music, titles, subtitles, transitions and other visual effects.
• Create, manage and publish visual content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content according to each platform.
• Develop and write engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, video captions and other marketing materials.
• Design and produce marketing and promotional materials, including posters, banners, brochures, social media graphics, promotional pages and other creative collaterals.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to support marketing campaigns, product promotions, corporate events, exhibitions, livestreams and other promotional activities.
• Ensure all photography, videos, graphic designs and written content are consistent with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends and content performance, and provide creative ideas and recommendations to improve audience engagement.
• Organize, maintain and back up photography, video, design and other digital assets, as well as ensure proper care of photography, video and livestream equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure creative projects and content are completed according to timelines and requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management or Supervisor.
