Responsibilities

• Photograph all events, functions, and activities within the Centre.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure high visual quality and consistency.
• Organize, catalogue, and archive all images in a systematic manner.
• Work closely with the Events, Marketing, and Communications teams.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment.
• Ensure photo documentation is stored securely and made accessible.

Responsibilities

• Photograph all events, functions, and activities within the Centre (including internal and external engagements).
• Edit and retouch images to ensure high visual quality and consistency with the Centre’s branding.
• Organize, catalogue, and archive all past and newly captured images in a systematic and searchable manner (e.g., by event, date, category)
• Work closely with the Events, Marketing, and Communications teams to understand photography requirements and deliver assets in a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment as required.
• Ensure photo documentation is stored securely and made accessible for internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience in event photography and photo editing.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and post-production work.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as per event schedules.
