Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a full‑time role in Outram, Singapore. You will assist in processing medication orders, label and distribute meds, and support pharmacists under supervision within a public healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include inventory control, billing reconciliation, patient counseling via tele-consult, and onboarding new staff, with 5.5 days office hours. Training and AWS/PB benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing medication orders, including typing, packing, labeling, and distribution.
• Perform billing functions to ensure cost and revenue recovery.
• Counsel patients on medicines via tele-consult under pharmacist supervision.
• Monitor and maintain drug inventory levels.
• Receive, check, and verify deliveries against documents.
• Perform stock receipts and issues following FIFO procedures.
• Provide quality customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and prepare for daily operations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
