A logistics company in Singapore is seeking staff to support pharmacy operations, processing medication orders and prescriptions for delivery. Job description
JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for staff to support Pharmacy Operations in the processing of medication orders and prescriptions for delivery: including picking, packing, labelling and quality check on medications under supervision of Pharmacists.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking
  2. Process medication orders/ prescriptions in accordance to set standards
  3. Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/ prescriptions and pack for delivery
  4. Replenish medications to storage locations
  5. Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts
  6. Account for delivery orders accurately and assist to handover to courier
  7. Top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations
  8. Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards
  9. Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner.
  10. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course (Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore) or its equivalent
  2. Basic english literacy and able to perform simple math calculations
  3. Basic computer literacy – able to operate inventory management system or dispensing system for order fulfilment
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office is preferred
  5. Prior experience in a pharmacy or clinic setting is preferred
  6. Meticulous and willing to learn
  7. Good team-player

ADDITIONAL NOTES
  1. Able to attend and successfully complete 3 days paid training and assessment (weekdays) as scheduled at beginning of employment.
  2. Preferably able to commit minimally to 3 sessions per week and 4 hours each session with Saturday being compulsory. Alternate schedule may be discussed.
  3. Location: 4 Pandan Ave. Transport may be provided from nearby MRT station e.g. Clementi or Jurong East.
