Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Aseptic Compounding Hub) to prepare sterile medications in a GMP-compliant cleanroom in Singapore. You will maintain compounding records, assist in inventory management, and work under supervision to ensure accuracy and safety of all compounded products.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or CPTC, with prior aseptic/sterile compounding exposure and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or CPTC qualification.
• Previous experience in aseptic or sterile compounding is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and compound sterile products using aseptic techniques in a GMP-compliant cleanroom.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques for sterile compounding of drugs.
• Operate compounding equipment safely and accurately per SOPs.
• Document all compounding activities including batch numbers and expiry dates per GMP standards.
• Collect environmental monitoring samples and perform routine quality checks as required.
• Manage inventory of drugs, consumables, and related materials.
• Perform routine cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain cleanroom standards.
• Assist Production Supervisor with data/reporting for sterile compounding statistics.
• Adhere to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and GMP requirements.

Pharmacy Technician (Aseptic Compounding Hub) *NEW LAB* #HZT

The Pharmacy Technician/Assistant (Aseptic Compounding) is responsible for preparing sterile medications in a cleanroom environment, maintaining all relevant compounding related records and assisting in inventory management. They work under the supervision of a Lead Technician to ensure the accuracy and safety of compounded medications and compliance to SOPs and regulations.

Key responsibilities

Assemble and compound sterile products using aseptic techniques in a GMP-compliant cleanroom.

Adhere to aseptic techniques for sterile compounding of drugs.

Operate all compounding equipment safely and accurately in accordance with SOPs.

Ensure accurate documentation of all compounding activities, including batch numbers and expiry dates, in accordance with GMP standards.

Collect environmental monitoring samples and perform routine quality checks as necessary.

Manage inventory of drugs, consumables, and related materials, ensuring they are stored under recommended conditions.

Perform routine cleaning of work areas and equipment per SOP while maintaining cleanroom standards at all times.

Assist the Production Supervisor in maintaining statistics and other data for reports relating to sterile compounding.

Adhere to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and GMP requirements, including maintaining aseptic and gown qualifications.

About you

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, or Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC)

Previous experience in aseptic compounding or sterile compounding is desirable.

Work experience in hospital/cleanroom processes will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Good organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
