Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Able to independently perform duties and guide others.
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with processing medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing.
• Handle billing and subsidy inquiries; ensure outstanding bills are recovered.
• Train new staff on cashiering and billing processes.
• Dispense medicines and provide patient education under supervision.
• Support compliance with Good Dispensing Practice and legal requirements.
• Monitor stock movements, conduct stock takes, and manage inventory levels.
• Assist in IT projects and interface with automation and lab systems.
