Job summary

SSW Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant (Part Time) to support pharmacy operations in Singapore, handling delivery orders with supervision. This on-site role offers training and opportunities for growth.

You will perform picking, packing, labeling, and inventory tasks, coordinate with pharmacists and technicians, and ensure safe, timely delivery. A willingness to learn and good teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic English literacy and ability to perform simple math.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory/dispensing systems.
• Prior pharmacy/clinic or healthcare logistics experience preferred.
• Meticulous and a good team-player.

Responsibilities

• Support stock receiving and checking of medications.
• Pick, pack and label medications accurately to fulfil delivery orders.
• Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities.
• Replenish medications to storage locations.
• Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts.
• Account for delivery orders accurately and assist to handover to courier.
• Top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations.
• Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards.
• Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner.
