Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry level Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations in the West Area. You will assist with receiving, stocking, picking and labeling medications, and ensure accurate delivery to patients.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. The role emphasizes meticulousness, responsibility, and adherence to procedures to maintain a clean, organised pharmacy workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O Level qualification or a Diploma in relevant studies.
• Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
• Responsible, meticulous and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the receiving, checking and storage of medications.
• Pick, pack and label medications to fulfil delivery orders accurately.
• Repack medications through unboxing, bundling and pre-packing into required quantities.
• Replenish medications at designated storage locations.
• Assist with inventory counting during stock takes and cycle counts.
• Check and account for delivery orders before handing them over to couriers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and tidy work area.
• Order and replenish pharmacy consumables, such as Ziploc bags, to support daily operations.
• Ensure medications are delivered to the correct patients safely, accurately and on time.
• Follow all company and departmental procedures, requirements and standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties, including cross-functional support, as assigned.
