Key Responsibilities:

The Pharmacy Associate will be deployed under Changi Medical Facility in Singapore Prisons.

  • Update and maintain drug image databases for accurate medication identification
  • Assist with administrative operations including equipment maintenance tracking and staff record management
  • Track outstanding orders and liaise with stakeholders to ensure prompt completion, accurate delivery, and effective resolution of procurement issues
  • Perform tablet de-blistering for Automated Tablet Dispensing Packing System (ATDPS)
  • Receive, organise, and store pharmaceutical deliveries systematically
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent with working experience
  • Relevant administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems advantageous
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
