Pharmacy Associate / Laboratory Technician (Office hours) #HTJ

1) Pharmacy Assistant (6-month contract, no exp needed, training provided!)

Job Scope:

• Perform picking and packing of medications using the Bin Coding System
• Support Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and PILBOX/EZYBOX medication collection services
• Assist in scriptless dispensing workflows for patient management
• Handle general pharmacy support and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• No experience needed, training provided

2) Laboratory Technician (1-Year Contract) / Junior Regulatory Executive

Job Scope:

General Lab Operations

• Review work assignments and manage workload with the team
• Mentor and cross-train staff using standard training programs
• Implement quality management systems to meet SOP and safety requirements
• Participate in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe lab practices

Perfume & Materials Lab Tasks

• Perfume compounding and raw material selection based on formulations
• Update information in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)
• Ensure proper weighing tools and cleanliness
• Prepare materials for odor evaluation sessions
• Manage end-to-end material handling and documentation
• Support shipping of compounded materials
• Operate and maintain the Contexa robot

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemistry / Cosmetic Science / Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Science / Food Science
• Some lab experience or internship is beneficial (not mandatory)
