Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant / Pharmacy Technician to support healthcare operations within established institutions. The role focuses on assisting pharmacists with packing, labelling, and preparation, while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth daily pharmacy workflows.

The ideal candidate will have at least GCE A Levels or a Diploma, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a keen interest in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels and above or Diploma and above.
• Interest in healthcare/pharmacy industry.
• Willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to start work within short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in medication packing, labelling, and preparation processes.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and proper medication storage.
• Handle pharmacy administrative duties and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide counter support, including cashiering and customer service when required.
• Ensure daily operations comply with established pharmacy procedures and safety standards.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of pharmacy services.
