  • Support repackaging and pre-packing of medicines for operations.
  • Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Section In-Charge.

Responsibilities
  • Process inpatient and outpatient medication orders, including prescription entry, packing, and labeling in line with policies and SOPs.
  • Assist in medication reconciliation by counting and sorting patients’ own medicines.
  • Monitor and maintain drug inventory, including weekly cycle count reconciliation, and tracking & reporting stock-out situations
  • Ensure proper stock storage and organization following First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and required storage conditions.
  • Replenish ward stock via Omnicell systems (inpatient setting).
  • Support repackaging and pre-packing of medicines for daily operations.
  • Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Section In-Charge.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE or Diploma holder.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
