Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is both results-driven and grounded in humility, with a genuine passion for healthcare solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prescribers, clinics, and medical practices, educating them on our compounding capabilities, and driving business growth through service, trust, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new healthcare providers and clinics to introduce Amber’s compounding services
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking all interactions and outcomes
  • Maintain regular, meaningful contact with existing clients to build long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Clearly and accurately communicate the value of custom-compounded medications, including therapeutic benefits, compliance, and patient-specific advantages
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to understand formulations and tailor offerings to prescriber needs
  • Take initiative in solving customer challenges, offering proactive support and follow-up
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining integrity and service-oriented communication
  • Stay current with industry trends, compounding regulations, and relevant therapeutic areas
  • Represent Amber Compounding Pharmacy with professionalism and humility in all interactions
  • Embrace feedback and view learning as a continual process toward personal and professional growth
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and personal accountability
  • Humble and collaborative mindset—open to feedback and team-driven success
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable learning technical information about pharmacy compounding and relaying it with clarity
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites as needed
