Job summary

RECRUIT123 is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in Singapore to hire a Pharmacovigilance Executive responsible for drug safety monitoring and adverse event reporting across their product portfolio.

You will collect, assess and file AE reports, prepare ICSRs for HSA and regional authorities, maintain PV databases and case tracking systems, and support PSURs and safety documentation while liaising with regulatory affairs, medical and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 1–4 years' pharmacovigilance or drug safety experience.
• Familiarity with HSA pharmacovigilance guidelines and ICH-GVP standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage case timelines accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with safety database systems (e.g. ArisGlobal, Argus) is a plus.

Responsibilities
