Pharmaceutical Industry Administration and Marketing Specialist

Areas of Responsibility

• HSA Product Registration: Responsible for submitting product registration applications to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore, preparing and compiling all necessary technical documents, and following up on the review process.
• GMP Licensing and SME Grants: Handling and renewing GMP certification for the production and packaging of traditional Chinese medicine. Simultaneously applying for applicable SME government grants (such as the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) and Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)), managing the entire process from document preparation to approval follow‑up.
• Training Course Coordination: Responsible for applying for training courses for traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and massage therapists, coordinating training resources, and handling related administrative work.
• Online Sales and Brand Management: Planning and executing online sales strategies, managing the company's stores and product listings on major e-commerce platforms and official channels. Responsible for brand building and product advertising, enhancing brand awareness and product sales through appropriate online channels (such as social media and search engine optimization).
• Regulatory and Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor updates to Singapore's regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), GMP, SME subsidies, and related advertising, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activities to ensure company compliance and maintain market competitiveness.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in TCM, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Administration. At least 1‑2 years of relevant work experience, such as experience in Singapore HSA registration of TCM or health supplements, GMP certification applications, SME government subsidy applications, or online marketing and brand promotion.
• Professional Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with Singapore's Health Products Act and HSA registration requirements for medicinal oils and health supplements; understand GMP standards and the SME subsidy application process. Practical skills in online marketing are also required, such as e-commerce platform management, social media operations, or content marketing. Furthermore, the ability to independently prepare various application documents and communicate effectively with government departments is essential.
• Language and Ability: Fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese. Possesses strong learning abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity for effective cross‑departmental coordination and project management.
