Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for permanent production operator roles at Tuas Park to support daily pharmaceutical production operations. You will prepare materials and equipment, charge reactions, monitor temperatures, and perform sampling while adhering to GMP and safety guidelines.

From Q1 2027, candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating Day/Night shifts. Prior pharma/chemical/manufacturing experience and a hands-on work style are preferred, with opportunities for transport

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/chemical/manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to transition to 12-hour rotating Day/Night shifts from Q1 2027.
• Hands-on production work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily pharmaceutical production operations.
• Prepare materials and equipment for production.
• Perform material charging and reaction temperature monitoring.
• Conduct sampling and work-up activities.
• Follow production, GMP and safety procedures.
