Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own end-to-end system administration, access control, and incident troubleshooting. You will lead digital projects, including UAT and go-live hypercare, and manage the CSV lifecycle with URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation reports.

You will coordinate with vendors and provide Tier 2/3 end-user support, ensuring GMP data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• ≥3 years in enterprise-grade manufacturing, lab, or related systems.
• Experience with Windows Server admin and user provisioning workflows.
• Familiar with GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system administration and incident RCA.
• Lead digital projects including UAT and go-live hypercare.
• Oversee the CSV lifecycle with URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation reports.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors; provide Tier 2/3 end-user support.
