Job summary

PETCONNECTION PRIVATE LIMITED, operating as Smartpaw, seeks a Pet Tech Content Creator & On-Camera Host for 3–6 month internships, part-time or full-time roles in Singapore. You will brainstorm concepts, appear on camera, film product demos in our TradeHub 21 showroom, and edit vertical videos for social platforms.

We expect a natural on-camera presence, CapCut editing skills, and fluent English (Mandarin a plus).

Responsibilities

• Ideate hooks, film product demos in TradeHub 21 showroom, and edit vertical videos.
• Edit short-form videos in CapCut with captions and effects.
• Host or co-host 45–60 minute livestreams on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Capture showroom content at events and exhibitions.
• Identify viral pet trends to guide content ideas.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary / Pay:

Part-Time: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour (+ CPF)

Full-Time: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month (+ CPF)

Internship: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per month (+ CPF)

ABOUT SMARTPAW:

Smartpaw is Singapore's leading smart pet technology brand and the authorized distributor for top global pet innovations.

You will brainstorm the concepts, appear on camera, cut the videos, and see your work reach thousands of pet owners across Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On-Camera Hosting: Be the energetic, relatable face of Smartpaw across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video.
• End-to-End Content Creation: Ideate 3-second scroll-stopping hooks, film product demonstrations in our TradeHub 21 showroom, and edit final vertical videos.
• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos on CapCut with dynamic pacing, on-screen subtitles, trending audio, and sound effects.
• Livestreaming: Host or co-host 45-to-60-minute interactive live shopping streams on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Trend Spotting: Identify viral pet trends, audio formats, and pet owner frustrations to create engaging organic content.
• Showroom & Event Content: Capture product unboxings, customer reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments at our showroom and pet expos.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Natural On-Camera Presence: You are expressive, articulate, and confident speaking directly into a phone camera.
• Mobile Video Editing: Proficient in CapCut (tight cuts, text overlays, auto-captions, sound effects).
• Commercial Storytelling: You understand how a strong hook keeps viewers from swiping away in the first 3 seconds.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken English. Conversational Mandarin is a strong plus for live selling.
• Independent Mindset: You can pick up a product, plan an angle, and deliver an edited video without needing constant supervision.
