Job description

We are looking for a pet shop grooming/retail assistant that has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.

Roles & Requirements

• Support the day-to-day operations store.
• Bonus if have experience in pet shop, have general knowledge about pets and products.
• Assist groomers with basic pet grooming care eg showering of pets, blow drying, brushing fur.
• Greeting, advising and assisting customers, recommend suitable products to meet customers’ need.
• Operating cash registers and processing payments.
• Stocktaking, replenishing stocks and receiving goods.Arranging product displays and maintaining sales floor appearance and cleanliness.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Handling grooming customer records.
• Manage shop hotline - answer customer's enquiries, grooming appointments etc.
• Preparing/packing of orders for online shopping platforms.
