As a Pet Care Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the well‑being of our kittens and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tender loving care and daily upkeep of kittens in the store.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pets, staff and customers.
• Assist customers with advice on kitten care, products and inquiries.
• Perform basic grooming and monitor animal health and behaviour.
• Support daily operations and uphold strict animal welfare standards.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements:

• Love for cats and genuine commitment to animal welfare.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Excellent service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and observational ability.
• Patient, compassionate and calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in pet care or retail is an advantage.
