Job summary

ARROWSERV PTE. LTD. is seeking a pest control technician to perform treatments and inspections at client premises, including F&B outlets, condos, and commercial properties in Singapore.

The role requires a VCT certification and a valid Class 3 driving license, with 2–3 years of hands-on pest control experience preferred. You will advise clients on prevention, ensure prompt service quality, maintain equipment, and produce comprehensive service reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma required in a relevant field.
• Must possess Vector Control Technician (VCT) certification.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• 2–3 years of hands-on pest control experience preferred.
• Willing to work 6 days including public holidays and overtime.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for service reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control treatments and inspections at client sites such as F&B outlets, condominiums, landed and commercial properties.
• Provide practical advice to clients to prevent pest issues.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain pest control equipment in good working condition.
• Prepare and issue detailed service reports documenting work performed and outcomes.
