We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Wealth Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Adopt a needs‑based approach to advise and provide recommendations in line with personal banking customers’ financial objectives and their other banking needs
  • Develop and implement wealth preservation and wealth accumulation plans using investment & insurance solutions
  • Build and entrench customer relationships, Manage customer queries, issues, feedback and complaints with appropriate advice and in line with SLA (Service Level Agreement) expectations of Branch Service Protocol, Customer Complaints and other process SLAs (Service Level Agreement) as applicable
  • Share HSBC Customer Propositions, encourage customers to deepen relationship and cross‑sell other HSBC retail products
  • Reach out to our client base with customer contacts provided by the bank
  • Ensure all sales and operational transactions are executed expeditiously and with minimum errors, while staying within compliance with audit and statutory guidelines
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications

To be successful you will need

  • Diploma/Degree qualification with relevant customer service experience
  • New graduate and/or with proven sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Highly driven to excel in both customer service and sales, thriving in a focused and fast‑paced environment

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
