Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Personal Wealth Executive in our mass-market banking division. You will provide tailored financial guidance—from loans and insurance to investments—while building lasting client relationships and hitting sales targets.

This permanent role offers a base up to SGD 4,100 monthly plus commission and a SGD 300 position allowance. Working hours follow bank branch schedules islandwide, with full training and rapid career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma.
• Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Render financial advisory to mass-market customers and achieve individual sales targets.
• Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions for clients.
• Develop and deepen relationships with assigned clients.
• Ensure advisory procedures and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
