Job summary

A fitness service provider in Singapore is looking for a Fitness Instructor to lead structured fitness sessions and ensure correct exercise techniques. Candidates should have a diploma in Sports Science or related fields, recognized fitness certification, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Valid First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory. This role may require shift work, including weekends and evenings.

Industry: Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies.

  • Working Days and Time: Depends on the class timing

  • Working Location: Islandwide

  • Salary: $1,500 to $3,300

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise members through structured fitness sessions.

  • Demonstrate and monitor correct exercise techniques.

  • Ensure safety and effectiveness of all training activities.

  • Provide guidance and feedback on exercise performance.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Exercise & Fitness, or related field.

  • Recognized fitness certification such as Basic Exercise Science, NASM, NSCA, FISAF, or ACSM.

  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal training, group exercise instruction, or physical activity coaching.

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or evenings when required.

  • Experience working with different participant groups (e.g., youth, adults, or special populations) will be an advantage.
