Job summary

UFIT CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking qualified personal trainers in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on helping clients become stronger and fitter, while developing your career within a supportive team.

You will train clients, create tailored programs, sell training packages, and coordinate with UFIT Physiotherapy/Nutrition teams. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness.
• Minimum 120+ hours of personal training or small group training per month.
• Ability to write individually tailored training programs.
• Ability to sell personal training and small group training packages.
• Support clients with motivation, advice and knowledge to succeed on training plans.
• Refer clients to UFIT Physiotherapy/Nutrition Team when needed.
• Update and maintain your schedule on the company's system.
• Enjoy working with the UFIT team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized training sessions to clients.
• Maintain and update client training plans and records.
• Sell PT and small group training packages to clients.
• Refer clients to UFIT Physiotherapy/Nutrition Team when appropriate.
• Keep schedules current in the company system.
• Collaborate with team to ensure client success and retention.

• Are a well-qualified PT with a broad range of skills to fit our client base, or if not, have an attitude to learn and improve.
• 120+ hours of personal training clients/small group training per month
• Writing individually tailored programs to personal training clients
• Selling personal training and small group training packages
• Supporting clients with advice, knowledge and motivation to succeed on training plans
• Where necessary refer clients to UFIT Physiotherapy/Nutrition Team
• Update and maintain your schedule on the company's system
