Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial support, managing the CEO's schedule, and handling travel arrangements. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess a diploma or degree. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Competitive salary range is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Manage daily activities of the CEO including emails and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and visa applications.
  • Attend to the CEO’s personal tasks.
  • Follow-up on sales inquiries via email.
