Job description

• Provide clients with guidance on suitable personal loan solutions tailored to their financial situation.
• Manage the full loan process, including documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.
• Ensure all activities comply with Singapore’s moneylending laws and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships and offer ongoing support after loan issuance.
• Proactively market loan products and secure referrals to grow the customer base.
• Support the handling of overdue accounts and work with the collections team when necessary.
