Duties and Responsibilities
  • Filing
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Handle all scheduling and appointments as requested
  • Receive and respond to enquiries through calls and emails
  • Follow-up / provide information on accounting and corporate secretarial related matters
  • Making travel and meeting arrangements
  • Logging or processing claims submission, bills or expenses
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering calls, taking messages
Requirements
