Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable chauffeuring for the Chairman for both work-related and personal appointments.
• Assist with family errands and office errands when required, ferry the Chairman’s wife.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fuelled.
• Plan routes and adapt to traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly to the Chairman or PA and coordinate servicing or repairs.
• Support simple administrative duties in the office during downtime or when not driving.
• Report to and end duty at the designated location daily. The Chairman’s residence is in the Coronation area; pick-ups and drop-offs will usually be from this location.
• Require driving to Johor for work trips with Chairman or office Management team if necessary.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
