Job description

Responsibilities

Safely transport company executives, staff, or guests to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle at all times (both interior and exterior).

Plan routes efficiently using GPS or navigation tools to ensure punctual arrivals and avoid delays.

Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to management.

Ensure all vehicle documents (road tax, insurance, servicing schedule, etc.) are valid and up to date.

Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage or packages as required.

Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company or personal information.

Display professional appearance, polite demeanor, and excellent customer service at all times.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Perform ad-hoc driving duties or administrative errands as assigned by management.
