Responsibilities

• Provide timely, safe, and efficient transportation for Chairman to meetings, events, appointments, and other locations as required.
• Drive Chairman’s personal car, ensuring it is clean, maintained, and ready for use at all times.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and ensure timely servicing of vehicle.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure that vehicle is in good and safe condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure all trips are planned effectively, including considering traffic conditions and the most efficient routes.
• Handle any personal items, documents, or materials with care and confidentiality.
• Assist with other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Chairman / Director.

Qualifications

• Possess valid class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Formal Attire during work Monday - Thursday
