About the Company:

Join an established semi-fine dining restaurant renowned for its elegant ambience, premium ingredients, and exceptional service. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to be part of our growing culinary and service team.

1. Personal Chef cum Driver

Responsiblities:

  • Prepare meal daily for the employer and his/her family

  • Acting as the personal driver for the employer and his/her family

  • Assist in minor ad-hoc task when requested.

2. Chef De Partie / Cook (Restaurant - Semi Fine Dine)
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s high standards and recipes.

  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet fine dining standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen at all times.

  • Assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef in daily operations and menu development.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients and kitchen equipment.

  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist in training where necessary.

3. Service Crew (Front-of-House)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests.

  • Present menu knowledgeably and make recommendations to enhance guest experience.

  • Handle order taking, food serving, and table set-up/clearance with precision.

  • Support the restaurant team in maintaining a premium dining environment.

  • Uphold company standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in fine dining or hotel service is an advantage.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.

  • Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to learn and grow within a professional F&B team.
