We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and the capacity to manage both professional and personal tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of their daily activities and handling a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries tailored to the CEO’s preferences.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO and their family, including managing household-related matters and liaising with service providers and vendors.
  • Organize and oversee events, dinners, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution of venue selection, catering, guest coordination, and budget management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, acting as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper for the CEO when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, anticipating needs and proactively addressing potential challenges to support the CEO’s objectives.
  • Be available for frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, to assist the CEO as needed.
