Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, high-level support to senior stakeholders at home and office.
  • Travel frequently with or on behalf of stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Manage household operations, including staff supervision, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
  • Oversee calendars, appointments, and logistics with discretion and efficiency.
  • Handle wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping.
  • Serve meals and manage home dining according to preferences and etiquette.
  • Plan and execute private events, handling all logistics from venue to guest coordination.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel—flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transport.
  • Maintain homes (local and overseas) in top condition; manage repairs and contractors.
  • Coordinate with chefs, drivers, and security; handle emergencies and sensitive matters confidentially.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder.
  • 3 years of experience in manage household tasks, events, and schedules with attention to detail.
