Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements efficiently
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to important documents
  • Assist in managing projects and tracking progress
  • Build a strong working relationship with executives and contribute to their success
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and calendar management software
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
