Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9 am to 6 pm)

Office Administration
  • Manage day-to-day office activities to keep everything running smoothly
  • Make sure office equipment and supplies are in good condition
  • Work with vendors, service providers, building management, and the landlord
  • Ensure the office follows health, safety, and security rules
  • Create and follow office policies and procedures
  • Help organize meetings and office events
Administrative & Executive Support
  • Support the Manager by preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel plans, and expense reports
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages for the Manager
  • Take meeting notes, track tasks, and follow up on pending items
  • Handle confidential information carefully and professionally
HR & Employee Support
  • Help with new employee onboarding and office resource allocation
  • Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and HR-related documents
Budget & Expense Management
  • Track and manage office administration expenses
  • Process expense claims, office purchases, and vendor payments
IT & Document Management
  • Coordinate with IT support to maintain office systems and security
  • Organize and manage filing of documents, contracts, and reports
