Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Content Creator to support a lifestyle influencer in managing daily shoots, social content, and behind-the-scenes logistics.
This role blends photography, videography, editing, and personal coordination — perfect for someone who loves being part of the creative process while keeping everything running smoothly.

You’ll be the right hand to the influencer — helping plan, shoot, edit, organize schedules, and ensure every piece of content (and every day) flows effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

🎬 Content Creation & Production

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Edit content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or Final Cut Pro
• Assist with lighting, framing, and styling during shoots (both indoor and outdoor)
• Help plan shoot concepts, location setups, and creative direction
• Repurpose footage for short-form content like Reels, Stories, and Shorts

🗓️ Personal & Administrative Support

• Handle logistics such as travel arrangements
• Organize digital assets, ensure file backups, and maintain content calendars
• Help manage incoming emails, DMs, or brand inquiries where needed

💡 Creative & Brand Support

• Stay updated on the latest social trends and viral content styles
• Brainstorm new shoot ideas, video hooks, or visual directions aligned with the influencer’s brand
• Coordinate with external partners, stylists, or videographers when required
• Ensure brand consistency and tone across all published content

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in photo/video production, social media management, or creative assistance (internship/freelance experience welcome)
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or CapCut)
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail
• Organized and resourceful — able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments (events, travel, outdoor shoots)
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow alongside the brand

Bonus Points

• Experience working with influencers or in lifestyle/fashion/creative content
• Familiarity with TikTok / Reels trends and editing styles
