Job summary

A management consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant with accounting experience, specifically in full set bookkeeping. • Must be Malaysian, Singaporean, PR or DP holder.
• Willingness to travel to China and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate information gaps with external accountant and corporate secretary.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

• High attention to detail & accuracy is a must.

• Will be the contact point for account related matters and able to identify and anticipating info gaps with external accountant & corporate secretary.
• Able to travel to China & regionally on short business trip with director.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
