Manage the Director\'s complex calendar, coordinate high-priority meetings, and arrange detailed international travel itineraries.
Serve as the primary gatekeeper and act as the first point of contact, professionally managing communications and filtering requests to optimize the Director\'s time and focus.
Oversee smooth office operations, from vendor management and supplies to supporting HR with onboarding and recruitment logistics.
Handle ad-hoc tasks, running errands and planning events to providing seamless support during external engagements.
Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Specialist Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
A supremely organized individual with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
An excellent communicator who is tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace.
A discreet, proactive, and positive professional who can work independently with minimal supervision.
A holder of a Class 3 driving license is a strong advantage.
