Client Liaison

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Appointment & Calendar Management

  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently for both new and existing clients.

  • Keep calendars up-to-date to avoid conflicts.

  • Send reminders and ensure punctual coordination.

Document & Admin Support

  • Prepare, edit, and organize reports, proposals, and presentation decks.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.

  • Keep digital records tidy and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • Local Diploma (any discipline)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
