✨ What You’ll Do
Client Liaison
Communicate with clients professionally and warmly.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure smooth communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Appointment & Calendar Management
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently for both new and existing clients.
Keep calendars up-to-date to avoid conflicts.
Send reminders and ensure punctual coordination.
Document & Admin Support
Prepare, edit, and organize reports, proposals, and presentation decks.
Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Keep digital records tidy and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Local Diploma (any discipline)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to multitask and manage schedules effectively
Professional and discreet with confidential information
Bonus: Experience in admin or client-facing roles, and familiarity with tools like Google Calendar or Outlook
