We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to assist in managing our customers. This is a customer-facing position and will require occasion face-to-face meetings.

Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Other responsibilities include:

  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
  • Follow up with customers on their requirements and prepare quotations for their consideration.
  • Preparation of presentation slides to customers.
