Seeking experienced Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic and day-to-day priorities.
This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring optimal management of the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and commitments.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including visas and documentation.
- Organize and attend executive meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on key action items.
- Act as the main liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and government.
- Prepare and refine executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
- Support some HR functions, including payroll coordination, recruitment and interview scheduling, contract preparation, performance tracking, and staff engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or HR Administrator, preferably supporting senior executives or C-level leaders. (Main is Secretarial role, however some HR/Office admin role will be included)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency is required.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal maturity.
